On 25 September 2025, the ESG Future Foundation hosted the Future Ready: Youth, Careers & ESG Leadership Forum at the RACV Club Melbourne, bringing together partners, speakers, and guests from across academia, business, and government. The Forum focused on the future of work, the role of young people in shaping ESG leadership, and the growing importance of social responsibility in career development.

Across the sessions, speakers and panellists shared thoughtful perspectives on the ESG landscape, youth career pathways, and the value of collaboration between sectors. These conversations sparked engaging dialogue among attendees, creating both inspiration and practical takeaways for participants at different stages of their professional journey.

The day also featured lighter moments and opportunities to connect. Guests enjoyed coffee from the onsite cart, lunch with peers and mentors, and the excitement of a silent auction, with proceeds going towards the Foundation’s ongoing research and academic work.

A highlight of the event was the presence of The Hon. Robert Borbidge AO, Director of ESG Future Foundation, who travelled from Queensland to join in person. His support and encouragement were warmly received by all in attendance.

The Forum was a milestone occasion for ESGFF — a young and growing foundation committed to learning with its community, building meaningful partnerships, and working together to advance ESG awareness and impact.
